Withdrawal request

This page lists all the products included in orders placed within the last 30 days. To request the withdrawal of one or more products, select the checkbox next to each item and click the “Submit Withdrawal Request” button at the bottom of the page. For each product, you can also click “View Order” to access the complete details of the related order.

If the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a specific product, the reason will be displayed directly in the table and the corresponding checkbox will be disabled. The presence of a product on this page does not in itself guarantee that the right of withdrawal may be exercised. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable Consumer Code and any exceptions provided for by current legislation.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging its receipt. Once the necessary checks have been completed, you will receive a further email informing you of the outcome of your request and, if applicable, providing instructions for returning the product.
